Jan 17 @ 11:am = see Dr. Baum, Kenneth, Glaucoma specialist. Baby Sam got glaucoma, the eye pressures are higher than normal because of the eye lasers & surgeries that he got.Jan 28 @ 1:pm = see Dr. Tafoya, Mark, his ROP doc for regular check up
Both at Kaiser Honolulu Clinic (out of island).
Also on the 28 sam will have an xray for his swallowing cereal & also milk without the thickener.

Thank you for all of your kind words and prayers. How is Sam's vision? Can he see? Will he need more ROP surgery? He looks so good and happy.

Aloha Shanon, yes he can see but only straight front vision. Something from the side his eyes can't sense it. The Glaucoma doc will see him again next month and check his eye pressures, if still high, another surgery will be needed.
